GREENSBORO, N.C. - Wake Forest's ACC Tournament run came to an end in the quarterfinals on Friday, with Duke claiming a 77-68 victory at the Greensboro Coliseum.

Seniors Dearica Hamby and Millesa Calicott each played well in their final games in Old Gold and Black.

Hamby notched her 19th double-double of the season, scoring a team-high 26 points and pulling down 16 rebounds.

She broke the program's all-time rebounding record, surpassing Jen Hoover's mark of 1,006. Hamby finishes her career with 1,021.

Calicott chipped in nine points in her final contest.

Wake Forest (13-20) fell behind early before battling back. The Demon Deacons outscored Duke (21-9) in the second half, 47-41, but the Blue Devils' lead was too large to surmount.

Trailing by 12 four minutes into the second half, a Hamby layup, Amber Campbell 3-pointer and Floyd jumper cut the margin to 43-38 at the 13:41 mark.

After a Duke basket, Hamby and Floyd added back-to-back buckets to cut it to a one-possession game, 45-42, with 11:44 to play.

The Blue Devils responded with nine straight points, putting the lead into double figures for good.

Elizabeth Williams (11 points, 16 rebounds, five assists, six blocks) and Azura Stevens (15 points, 10 rebounds) posted double-doubles to lead Duke.

Kelila Atkinson and Campbell finished in double-figure scoring. Atkinson totaled 11 to go along with four assists, while Campbell added 10 and five rebounds. Kandice Ball grabbed 10 boards in 20 minutes of action.

Wake Forest turned 24 offensive rebounds into 17 second-chance points to get back into the game, but Duke had a 26-15 advantage in points off turnovers to hold off the Deacons.

A RECORD-BREAKING CAREER
Dearica Hamby wrapped up her Wake Forest career by breaking two more program records - rebounds and free throws attempted.
• She now holds all-time records in points, rebounds and free throws attempted.
• Additionally, she finishes in the top five all-time in double-doubles, free throws made, field goals made, rebounding average, blocks, games started, games played and minutes played.

THE DISTRIBUTOR
Ataijah Taylor reached the five-assist mark for the seventh time this season, and for the third straight game.
• She finished with eight today, matching her career-high. She also dished out eight assists at Duke on Jan. 4.

TOURNAMENT SUCCESS
• Wake Forest is the only team in the ACC that has won an ACC Tournament game in each of the last seven seasons.
• This marked just the second time in program history that Wake Forest earned two wins in an ACC Tournament. The Demon Deacons beat Virginia Tech and Miami in 2012.
• The Deacs are now 6-4 in ACC Tournament games since 2012.
