Wake Forest Earns NSCAA Team Academic Award

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Wake Forest women's soccer team was named of the NSCAA 2015-16 College Team Academic Award winners, the organization announced Thursday.
To qualify for the award, the team must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the entire academic year. The team GPA is determined by adding every player's GPA, then dividing by the number of players.
Wake Forest's team GPA last year checked in at 3.18.
A total of 892 teams across both genders and all divisions earned the award, including 577 women's programs.
