The Match-Up
• Wake Forest, 6-4 overall 3-3 in the ACC, will play its first of two home games to close out the regular season when the Demon Deacons host No. 5 Clemson on Saturday, Nov. 19.
• Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. and will be broadcast nationally on ESPN. Bob Wischusen and Brock Huard will broadcast the game while Allison Williams reports from the sidelines.
• Saturday's game can also be heard on the Wake Forest Sports Network. Stan Cotten and Tommy Elrod have the call with Dave Goren reporting from the sidelines.
Wake Forest Storylines
• Wake Forest faces the No. 5 team in the country for the second week in a row after facing fifth-ranked Louisville on the road this past weekend.
• Wake Forest is looking for its second all-time win over a Top-5 ranked team and its first since 1946.
• The Demon Deacons are coming off a 44-12 loss at Louisville on Nov. 12. Mike Weaver booted four first-half field goals to give Wake Forest a 12-3 halftime lead before the Cardinals rallied in the second half for the win.
The Opposition & Series History
• Clemson, led by Dabo Swinney, enters Saturday's contest with a 9-1 record overall and a 6-1 mark in ACC play. Last time out, Clemson dropped a 43-42 contest against Pittsburgh at home on Saturday, Nov. 12, on a last-second field goal.
• The Tigers hold a 63-17-1 lead in the all-time series that dates back to 1933.
• Clemson has won seven straight in the series since the Demon Deacons posted a 12-7 win on ESPN on Oct. 9, 2008.
Looking Ahead
• Wake Forest will close the regular season on Saturday, Nov. 26, as the Demon Deacons welcome Boston College to town.
• Kickoff between the Demon Deacons and the Eagles has been set for 3 p.m. and will be broadcast on RSN, which includes Fox Sports South and Fox Sports Carolinas.
