Deacs Host Furman to Start Wake Forest Doubleheader
• The Demon Deacons will close their three-game homestand on Wednesday afternoon with a 4 p.m. matchup against Furman at LJVM Coliseum.
• Wednesday's game marks the 10th all-time matchup between the Deacs and Paladins and the first since 2010. Last time the two met, Wake Forest cruised to an 84-35 victory over the Paladins at home.

Last Time Out
• The offense came alive in Sunday's 89-61 victory over Eastern Michigan. The 28-point win is the largest since Wake Forest beat Coastal Carolina by 29 last December and it's the largest home victory since a 27-point win Nov. 18 against Tennessee Tech, when the final score was 89-62.
• Leading 15-10 after the first quarter, Wake Forest opened the second quarter on an 18-0 run to extend the lead to 33-10. Though EMU cut the lead to 10 at halftime, the Deacs scored 51 points in the second half to pull away. The 51 points in the half are the most since scoring 52 in the second half March 5, 2015, against Syracuse.
• The Demon Deacons outrebounded EMU 50-30. It marks the second 50-plus rebound game in a row and Wake Forest has pulled down 47 or more rebounds in three of four games thus far. Last time Wake Forest had 50-plus rebounds in back-to-back games came at the start of the 2014-15 season vs. Longwood (60) and Tennessee Tech (50).

Firing on All Cylinders
• Wake Forest had five players score in double figures on Sunday in the 28-point win over Eastern Michigan. Milan Quinn had a career-high 23 points while Elisa Penna had 16 points, Amber Campbell 14 points, Ariel Stephenson 11 points and Alex Sharp 10.
• Wake Forest shot 34-for 68 in the game, good for 50 percent. The Deacs have shot 50 percent or better twice in four games after scoring above the mark once in 2015-16.

Scouting the Paladins
• Furman is in search of its first win of 2016-17 after falling to Fordham, Central Michigan and Eastern Michigan in its first three games of the season.
• The Paladins have not won a true road game since Jan. 24, 2016, when they beat UNCG and have lost six-straight true road games.
• Le'Jzae Davidson leads Furman with 11.7 points per game thus far. The Paladins are averaging 58 points per game so far while giving up 69.7 per contest.

Next Time Out
• Wake Forest opens a three-game road swing with a matchup at Elon on Saturday, Nov. 26, at 2 p.m.
• The game inside Elon's Alumni Gym can be seen on Phoenix All-Access.
