Pit Crew Training at Stewart-Haas Racing

Before preseason camp ramped up, Wake Forest women's basketball visited Stewart-Haas Racing and got a hands-on lesson working in a NASCAR pit crew. Throughout the day, the Demon Deacons changed tires, carried tires and fueled up the cars before trying it out on their own. At the end of the day, the Deacs ran through a pit stop in 41 seconds!
