DEACS OPEN ACC PLAY IN TALLAHASSEE
• Wake Forest and Florida State meet in the first ACC game of the 2016-17 season
• The Demon Deacons have won their ACC opener in five of the last nine years, but haven't won a conference opener on the road since 2006-07 (won at Miami)
• The last time the Deacs beat a ranked opponent in an ACC opener was in 2013-14, a 73-67 home win over No. 19 North Carolina
SERIES HISTORY
• Series is tied 24-24 after the Seminoles have won the last four meetings
• Florida State won last year's meeting 91-71 in Winston-Salem
• In the last meeting in Tallahassee, the Seminoles edged the Deacs 59-57 in double overtime in 2014-15

• Wake Forest concluded non-conference play with a 110-76 victory over LSU on Dec. 22
