Da Luz Announces Spring Slate

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Wake Forest head women's soccer coach Tony da Luz announced a seven-game spring slate on Monday evening.
The Demon Deacons will play all seven games in the state of North Carolina, including four at Spry Stadium.
Wake Forest opens the schedule at home against James Madison on March 19 at noon.
Then, the Deacs take on NCAA Sweet 16 qualifier Florida at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, North Carolina, the home of the 2016 Women's College Cup. That contest is set for April 2 at noon.
On April 10, Wake Forest will compete in the Southern Soccer Showcase at the Twin City Youth Soccer Association's BB&T Soccer Park, with games slated against College of Charleston at 11 a.m. and Tennessee at 5 p.m.
The Deacs return home for the last three contests, including a doubleheader against UNCG (noon) and Appalachian State (2:15 p.m.) on April 16, and a 2 p.m. contest against East Carolina on April 23.
