WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Wake Forest head women's soccer coach Tony da Luz announced the signing of five student-athletes on Thursday.
The Demon Deacons bring in four attacking players and a defender.
"Wake Forest is a place where our incoming freshmen are expected to make an immediate impact. Our 2016 class is no different," da Luz said. "We had a big class in 2015 that played a ton of minutes for us in every position. We're excited to integrate these 5 outstanding student-athletes into our program and the Wake Forest community. Our team has already been hard at work to reestablish the winning tradition our program has had for nearly 20 years. I think the fans will be excited about the new faces they will see at Spry Stadium this fall."
