Deacons' Bahamas Tour Schedule Announced

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Wake Forest men's basketball team announced Friday (July 1) its schedule of games for its international trip to the Bahamas in August. The Demon Deacons will play three games on the tour, which runs August 15-20.
Wake Forest opens the tour on August 16 with a matchup against a Canadian foe, the University of Toronto. The following two days, the Deacs play against Bahamas clubs CTG Knights on Aug. 17 and Real Deal Shockers on Aug. 18.
The games are part of the BTC Summer of Thunder 2016 exhibition series and will take place at the Sir Kendal Isaacs Gym, located in the Queen Elizabeth Sports Centre in Nassau. Other NCAA teams competing in this year's event include UNLV, Wyoming, Missouri State, Florida Atlantic and Central Michigan.
While in the Bahamas, the Demon Deacons will stay at the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort.
