Deacs Return Home
• Following five consecutive games on the road, Wake Forest returns home for the first time since Nov. 12 to face Elon on Saturday, Dec. 2.
• Tip-off is set for 12 p.m. inside the LJVM Coliseum and is part of a basketball doubleheader with the men's team, who faces Richmond at 4 p.m.
Last Time Out
• The Demon Deacons' fourth quarter comeback came up short Thursday evening, falling on the road to Penn State in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge.
• Elisa Penna, who had missed the first six games of the year due to injury, made her season debut against the Nittany Lions and scored a team-high 16 points.
• Alex Sharp recorded her second-straight double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds at Penn State. The sophomore has now scored in double figures in three consecutive games.
Wake Forest Storylines
• The Deacs have outrebounded their opponent five-of-seven games to start the season and rank second in the league and 14th in the country in offensive rebounds per game with 18.0.
• Senior Amber Campbell continues her rise up the Wake Forest scoring charts as she currently ranks 13th all-time in program history with 1,233 career points.
• Elisa Penna was named preseason All-ACC by the league's coaches after leading the team in scoring (13.4 ppg) and finishing third on the team in rebounds (5.7 rpg) a season ago.
Scouting The Opponent
• Elon, an NCAA Tournament team a year ago out of the Colonial Athletic Association, heads to Winston-Salem with a 6-1 record.
• Ra'Shika White leads the Phoenix with 15.1 points per game while the team ranks fourth nationally in rebound margin, outrebounding their opponents by 17 rebounds per game.

•The Deacs go back on the road to take on Xavier on Monday, Dec. 4 at 7 p.m.
