Deacs Close Out 2017 With ACC Opener
• The Wake Forest women's basketball ring in the New Year and open ACC play on Sunday, Dec. 31, as the Demon Deacons welcome Notre Dame to town. Tip is set for 1 p.m. on ACC Network Extra.
• The Deacs are looking to notch their seventh victory in a row, which would be the longest winning streak since a 12-game streak to begin the 2008-09 season.
• Wake Forest will be looking to complete its first undefeated month of play since an undefeated November (6-0) in the 2009-10 season.

Last Time Out
• The Demon Deacons won their sixth consecutive game, cruising to a 77-40 victory over College of Charleston.
• Charleston native Amber Campbell shined in her return home, finishing with 18 points, nine rebounds and four steals.
Alex Sharp filled the stat sheet once again, bringing in 10 rebounds while adding nine points and six assists.

• Senior Amber Campbell continues her rise up the Wake Forest scoring charts as she currently ranks 12th all-time in program history with 1,293 career points.
• The Deacs have outrebounded their opponent 9-of-13 games to start the season and rank first in the league and 14th nationally with 17 offensive rebounds per game. Their 44.2 rebounds per game are 26th-best in the country.
• The team tied a program record with 12 blocks against Appalachian State on Dec. 7. Wake Forest's 72 total blocks are fourth-best in the ACC and 19th in the country.

• Notre Dame enters Sunday's contest second nationally in both major polls and sits at 12-1 overall and 1-0 in ACC play following a victory over Syracuse last time out.
