PALOS VERDES ESTATES, Calif. – The Wake Forest women's golf team began the spring season Sunday with three individuals competing at the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge. The first of three rounds of the event was Sunday at the Palos Verdes Country Club.
Junior Erica Herr and sophomore Jennifer Kupcho are tied for 43rd after round one after opening the tournament with a 4-over round of 75. Senior Sierra Sims is tied for 56th after a 5-over round of 76.
The tournament continues Monday and concludes Tuesday at the Palos Verdes Country Club.
