WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Wake Forest head men's soccer coach Bobby Muuss announced the six-game spring schedule on Wednesday, including two games against ACC foes. The full schedule is available by clicking HERE.

Since the teams won't be scheduled to meet in the 2017 regular season, the Demon Deacons take on conference rivals Duke and Virginia this spring. Duke finished the 2016 season with a 7-8-2 record, while UVA reached the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament where the Cavaliers fell to eventual national champion Stanford.

The spring opens on March 18 when the Deacs travel to Johnson City, Tennessee to take on East Tennessee State at 7 p.m..

Wake Forest then returns home on March 25 to play Radford at 6 p.m.

On April 1, the Deacs and Blue Devils are scheduled for a 7 p.m. start at MacPherson Stadium in Bryan Park, North Carolina.

Wake Forest and UNCW meet on April 8 in the annual Harry's Game to raise awareness and money for Down syndrome. This charity soccer event is named after UNCW coach Aidan Heaney's son, Harry, who was born with Down syndrome. The aim of the match is twofold - to bring awareness of Down syndrome, as well as raise funds for the local TOPS Soccer program & New Hanover County Special Olympics to help children with special needs.

On April 13, Wake Forest will welcome a Frankfurt Select squad from Germany to Spry Stadium for a 6 p.m. kickoff in an international exhibition.

The spring slate wraps up on April 22, as the Deacs take on Virginia at home at 3 p.m.

Wake Forest finished the 2016 season with a 19-3-3 record, finishing as the runner-up in the NCAA College Cup.
