Three Deacs to Compete This Week in Hawaii

HONOLULU, Hawaii -- The Wake Forest women's golf team returns to action this week with three individuals competing at the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational. Jennifer Kupcho, Sierra Sims and Erica Herr will play Tuesday and Wednesday at the event at the Kaneohe Klipper course on the island of Oahu.

The tournament marks the first event in Hawaii for the Demon Deacons.

Wake Forest is ranked No. 13 in the latest Golfstat rankings. The Demon Deacons won one title during the fall and had a runner-up finish in another event.

The tournament starts Tuesday with the first and second rounds. The final round will be Wednesday.
