Deacs Continue Play at Darius Rucker Intercollegiate

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The Wake Forest women's golf team continued play Saturday at the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate with the second round at the Long Cove Club. The Demon Deacons shot a 21-over 305 during the second round and are in 14th place at 33-over after 36 holes.
Sierra Sims had the low round of the day for the Deacons, posting a 1-over round of 72. She is T-14th on the individual leaderboard at 4-over through two rounds.
Erica Herr is at 6-over for the tournament after a 4-over 75 during the second round. Jennifer Kupcho us at 12-over after a second round 78, while Mathilda Cappeliez is at 20-over for the tournament. Antonia Eberhard withdrew from the tournament due to injury during the second round.
The tournament concludes Sunday at the Long Cove Club.
