Deacs Hit The Road
• The Wake Forest opens a three-game roadtrip on Sunday, Jan. 28, as the Deacs travel to take on No. 4 Louisville.
• Sunday's game is set to tip at 1 p.m. and will be broadcast on RSN, which includes Fox Sports South.
Last Time Out
• Alex Sharp scored a career-high 19 points as the Demon Deacons dropped an 82-68 home contest to NC State on Thursday, Jan. 25.
• Sharp topped her previous career-high of 16 points, which she originally set last year against NC State and then matched earlier this season against Minnesota.
• Ariel Stephenson added 17 points thanks to 4-of-7 shooting from long range.
Wake Forest Storylines
• Senior Amber Campbell continues her rise up the Wake Forest scoring charts as she currently ranks eighth in program history with 1,391 career points.
• Ariel Stephenson became the 25th player in program history to record 1,000 career points earlier this season and is currently 23rd all-time with 1,055 career points.
• The Deacs rank second in the league and 18th nationally with 16 offensive rebounds per game. Their 824 total rebounds rank 33rd-best in the country.
• Elisa Penna, after missing the beginning of the season due to injury, has now scored in double figures in 11-of-15 contests since returning to the lineup.
• Alex Sharp ranks first on the team in rebounding (7.9) and assists (3.5).
Scouting The Opponent
• Louisville, ranked fourth nationally in both major polls, enters Sunday's contest 21-1 overall and 7-1 in conference.
• Asia Durr ranks fourth in the league in scoring (19.4 ppg) while Myisha Hines-Allen is first in the ACC in rebounding (10.5).
• Jeff Walz is in his 10th season at the helm of the Cardinals.
