WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Wake Forest head coach Bobby Muuss announced the 2018 men's soccer schedule on Tuesday.
The 17-game regular-season schedule features 11 games inside Spry Stadium, as well as eight total contests against NCAA Tournament teams from a season ago.
"We're really excited about our 2018 schedule," head coach Bobby Muuss said. "We get to play in front of the best fans in college soccer 11 times, and once again play an extremely challenging non-conference and ACC schedule in preparation for postseason play."
Wake Forest kicks off the 2018 campaign against defending national runner-up Indiana on Aug. 24 inside Spry Stadium.
The Demon Deacons' home ACC slate includes NC State (Sept. 7), Duke (Sept. 29), Boston College (Oct. 12) and Louisville (Oct. 26). ACC road trips will take the Deacs to Virginia Tech (Sept. 14), Clemson (Sept. 21), Syracuse (Oct. 5) and Virginia (Oct. 20).
Wake Forest's other home non-conference games include ETSU, Presbyterian, Georgia Southern, Davidson, UNCG and High Point. The Deacs travel to Florida Gulf Coast and South Carolina, as well.
Prior to the start of the regular season, Wake Forest will play a pair of exhibitions, traveling to Furman before hosting Loyola Maryland.
The Deacs are coming off a 2017 season in which they finished with a 19-2-2 overall record, reaching the NCAA Championship Quarterfinal after claiming the ACC Championship for the second-straight year.
