WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Wake Forest senior offensive guard Phil Haynes and redshirt sophomore Greg Dortch have been named to the official Preseason All-ACC team.

Haynes, a 6-4, 310-pound redshirt senior from Raleigh, N.C., was a third team All-ACC selection in 2017 as he helped block for a Demon Deacon offense that set school marks for total offense yards and points scored in a season.

Dortch, a 5-9,165-pound receiver, was named to the preseason All-ACC team as an all-purpose back. Dortch last year had 53 receptions for 722 yards and nine touchdowns. He averaged 8.1 yards on punt returns and 22.1 yards on kickoff returns and set a school mark with four touchdown catches in a win over Louisville on Oct. 28. Dortch tallied 258 all-purpose yards vs. Georgia Tech and 216 all-purpose yards against Louisville a week later to become the first Deacon with consecutive 200-yard all-purpose games since Billy Barnes in 1956.

Wake Forest will begin preseason camp on August 1 and will open the regular season at Tulane on Thursday, August. 30.
