Teegarden Signs with LOSC Feminines

Sarah Teegarden will enter her third pro season in the top division in France
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Wake Forest alum Sarah Teegarden has signed a deal to join Lille Olympique Sporting Club (LOSC) Feminines, the organization announced over the weekend.
Teegarden will enter her third professional season since finishing her Wake Forest career in 2016. She previously played with Kopparbergs Goteborg FC in Sweden in 2017 and as a National Team replacement player with the NC Courage in 2018.
LOSC is in the top division of women's professional soccer in France since winning the D2 Championships in 2017.
At Wake Forest, Teegarden was an All-ACC honoree and started all 75 games she played in. The midfielder totaled 23 points on nine goals and five assists in her career, including netting three game-winning goals.
Teegarden is one of six Deacs currently in the pro ranks, as well as Aubrey Bledsoe (Washington Spirit), Bayley Feist (Washington Spirit) and Katie Stengel (Utah Royals FC) in the NWSL. Ally Haran spent the last season in Iceland and Maddie Huster played in Sweden.
