Rice Football Contest Moved to Friday, September 6

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Wake Forest's football game at Rice University in Houston originally scheduled for Saturday, September 7, will move to Friday night, September 6. Kickoff will be at 8 pm EDT/7 pm CDT.

The game is being moved to accommodate Conference USA's television package. The network and other details will be released at a later date.

Wake Forest defeated the Owls 56-24 at BB&T Field on Sept. 29, 2018.
