Athletics has many unique opportunities for fans to support and follow Wake Forest Basketball during the 2020-21 season.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- In the continued effort to provide The Best Fan Experience in North Carolina, Wake Forest Athletics has introduced a number of opportunities for Deacon Nation to support and stay engaged with Wake Forest Basketball during the 2020-21 season.
These engagement initiatives include the continuation of the first-of-its-kind Deacon Virtual Season Ticket complete with new features and additional opportunities for Deacon Nation to show their support. Additionally, fans can secure a Demon Deaclone fan cutout inside the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum for the entire season.
For the thousands of subscribers that have seen the benefits throughout Wake Forest's football season thus far, a basketball-specific version of the Deacon Virtual Season Ticket will be offered for the Deacs men's and women's basketball programs as well.
A PRO-Level membership, which provides access to everything the DVST has to offer, can be purchased for $19.99 per month. One membership will provide access to all content for men's and women's basketball.
Fans who purchase the basketball DVST will also be able to enjoy access to the exclusive content for the remainder of the 2020 football season.
Content will be delivered throughout each game week. That content will provide access to a number of live streams and shows, including access to weekly press conferences, radio shows, and a pregame Deacon Gameday LIVE show from LJVM Coliseum. It will also feature unique content such as pre-game scouting reports, exclusive videos and graphics not available anywhere else, written features and previews, complimentary in-game statistics, and notes of interest, all delivered through a dedicated iPhone or Android app.
New for basketball season, a dedicated Deacon Gameday LIVE second screen experience will be available to allow fans on game days to view real time stats and notes of interest.
DVST members will also have the opportunity to appear live on dedicated screens inside LJVM, through a new DVST Live from Home content stream, allowing them to visibly show their support for their Deacs.

Virtual Sell Out for the Mako Medical Wake Forest Classic
Last week, Coach Steve Forbes challenged Deacon Nation to tip off this new era of Wake Forest Basketball with a sell out at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum, virtually.
This unique initiative was designed to allow all of Deacon Nation to show support for Coach Steve Forbes and the men's basketball program for their season opener on Wednesday, Nov. 25, through the purchase of a virtual seat, row, or section. Fans who participate in the program will receive a variety of exclusive virtual experiences and prizes.
-
Virtual tickets start at just $10, with every purchaser receiving a personalized social media graphic showing their support to the start of the Steve Forbes era.
-
Fans who invest in four seats or more will receive complimentary access to the Deacon Virtual Season Ticket for basketball for the entire month of November, as well as receive a commemorative ticket honoring Coach Forbes' first game.
-
Filling 10 seats or more provides free access to the Deacon Virtual Season Ticket for the entire 2020-21 basketball season, and will allow purchasers the opportunity to win two floor seats to a future 2021-22 men's basketball contest inside Joel Coliseum.
-
Fans who fill more than 20 seats will receive a commemorative 2020 men's basketball season poster, as well as a limited edition phone background.
-
Those who fill 50 seats or more will receive a tour of the Deacs locker room inside LJVM Coliseum and the chance to experience their own shootaround in The Joel.
-
Fans who purchase an entire section to fill 200 seats or more will receive a VIP Experience for a 2021-22 game, as well as a personalized signed basketball from Coach Steve Forbes.
Virtual tickets will be available until the Deacs tipoff on Nov. 25.
All proceeds from the initiative will go to help Sustain the Deacs and continue to provide a World Class Student-Athlete Experience for Wake Forest's 400-plus student-athletes. With that, virtual seat purchases do not count as donations to the Deacon Club.
Virtual tickets are on sale now and can be purchased by visiting GoDeacs.com/VirtualSellout.
Fan Information
Wake Forest will comply with North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services guidance on fan capacity. The current expansion of gathering sizes under NCDHHS for phase three only applies to outdoor venues that can seat more than 10,000 fans. Wake Forest Athletics will follow the state's guidance to preserve the safety of its student-athletes, coaches, staff and the entire University and Winston-Salem community.
Additional information will be communicated closer to the games.
