Deacs Add Pham to Staff as Video Coordinator and Assistant Director of Basketball Operations

Jess Pham joins the Demon Deacon staff after spending the past two seasons at Liberty University.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C – The Wake Forest women's basketball program has added Jess Pham to the staff as a video coordinator and assistant director of basketball operations.
In her role with the Demon Deacons, she will oversee all aspects of video including recording, editing and archiving game and practice film. She will also assist Director of Basketball Operations Olivia Bresnahan with day-to-day operations of the women's program.
"We are excited to add Jess our staff," head coach Jen Hoover said. "She is hungry, humble and has a passion for women's basketball at the collegiate level. Jess' compassion and work ethic will be instumental to our players and staff."
Pham comes to Winston-Salem after spending the past two seasons at Liberty University where she served as a graduate assistant coach. In her role with the Flames, Pham assisted the program in a multitude of ways including player development, cutting game and practice film, managing the Flames social channels and helped in Liberty's recruiting efforts.
Prior to her move to Liberty, she spent one season as the director of basketball operations at Canisius. There Pham coordinated all aspects of team travel, coordinated ticket requests and oversaw all aspects of video and technology.
Pham also served as the director of basketball operations for the Longwood women's basketball program during the 2016-17 season and as the volunteer director of basketball operations during the 2015-16 season.
She holds a bachelor's degree from Longwood University in exercise science. Pham also earned a master's degree from Liberty University in sports management in 2019 and is currently pursuing a second master's degree from Liberty in applied psychology.
