#ProDeacs: Week Four

Carlos ‘Boogie’ Basham Jr. made his long-awaited NFL debut Sunday in the Bills victory over the Texans.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Week four had plenty of thrilling action this week, and the #ProDeacs continue to leave their marks throughout the league. This week, Carlos 'Boogie' Basham made his NFL debut and helped the Bills earn their third win on the season (3-1).

Defensive lineman Carlos 'Boogie' Basham Jr. made his NFL debut this Sunday in Buffalo's 40-0 triumph over the Houston Texans. He provided a key play that helped the Bills to their third win of the season. The former Demon Deacon recorded one sack on the afternoon that ended up forcing a Texans punt early in the second quarter. It marked the first of his career

Basham Jr. finished his Wake Forest career fourth on the all-time sack list at 20.5 for his career. He was a two-time All-ACC player for the Demon Deacons and was a second-round selection by Buffalo in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Continuing to Improve
Despite the loss, Justin Strnad and Kendall Hinton continue to make plays for the Denver Broncos.
Kendall Hinton hauled in one catch for 13 yards. Hinton also saw his offensive snap percentage jump to 43 percent in week four after playing on only seven percent and six percent of offensive snaps in Weeks two and three, respectively.
Meanwhile, Strnad recorded two solo tackles on the afternoon and has now increased his total to 14 tackles on the year. Strnad also increased his playing time from a previous season-high of 76 percent of defensive snaps in week three, to 81 percent on Sunday.
