The Demon Deacons will look to extend the longest streak of NCAA Tournament appearances for the ACC.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- The 2021 NCAA Men's Soccer Championship Selection Show is set to air on Monday, Nov. 15 at 1 p.m. on NCAA.com. The Wake Forest men's soccer team will learn its postseason fate as the Demon Deacons look to extend their NCAA Tournament appearances streak to 11-straight seasons.

Through the 2020 NCAA Tournament, which was held this past spring, Wake Forest's 10-straight appearances are double any other ACC school (Virginia Tech, five).

Additionally, Wake Forest is one of only four schools nationally to make each of the last six NCAA Tournaments along with Indiana, Maryland and Stanford and the current streak of 10-straight appearances is tied for second-longest in the country.

The Demon Deacons are currently 11-6-1 on the season, highlighted by victories over top-five opponents in Pitt and Virginia Tech and the Patriot League champions Loyola (Md.) in a 7-0 victory. They also earned a road victory over North Carolina in October, one of three RPI top-25 wins for Wake Forest.

Wake Forest won the 2007 NCAA Championship and has made six College Cup appearances including two (2016 and 2019) under head coach Bobby Muuss
