The Deacs hit the road for another Big Four contest on Saturday, Nov. 6 at North Carolina.
CHAPEL HILL, N.C.- The Wake Forest football team hits the road for a Big Four matchup at North Carolina on Saturday, Nov. 6 at 12 p.m. on ABC.
Saturday is the 109th meeting between both programs. This is the oldest series in program history, dating back to 1888. Dave Clawson looks to earn his second win against North Carolina and improve his record to 2-2 versus the Tar Heels.
Wake Forest has scored 20 or more points in 10 of their last 11 matchups against North Carolina which included a series high of 53 in last year's matchup. In that same span, the Deacs averaged 29.5 points per game.
Both offenses rank in the top 25 in the nation. The Deacs rank sixth in the nation with 43.4 points per game while the Tar Heels rank 22nd at 36.5 points per game.
