Wake Forest Set to Continue Outdoor Season at Raleigh Relays

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Wake Forest is back in action this week in Raleigh, N.C. for the Raleigh Relays (March 25-27) at the Paul H. Derr Track.

Recently, Coach John Hayes led Wake Forest's nationally-ranked men's cross country team to a 15th place finish at the NCAA Cross Country Championship on March 15 and was led by junior Zach Facioni who earned All-America honors. It marked the program's best finish at the national meet since 1996.

Additionally, Coach Hayes and Facioni were named the USTFCCCA Southeast Region Men's Coach and Athlete of the Year, respectively.

With two individual ACC Championships (Tony Jones, Anna Bush) at the conference indoor meet and three student-athletes (Bush, Aleeya Hutchins, Hannah Brookover) earning Second Team All-America accolades at the NCAA Indoor Championships, the Demon Deacons are set to embark on their outdoor season.

Spectators will not be permitted at the Raleigh Relays. Complete schedule of events and meet information for the week is below.
