Wake Forest is one of three ACC schools to have at least one honoree since 2015.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Former Wake Forest football player Keegan Good was named as Hampshire Honor Society members, as announced by the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame Wednesday.
Honorees are comprised of college football players from all divisions of play who each maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their college careers. Newly inducted members of the society must have completed their final year of eligibility in 2020 while being a starter or significant contributor throughout the 2020 season.
Wake Forest now has 19 honorees to the prestigious society since its inception in 2007. Additionally, Wake Forest is one of three ACC schools to have at least one honoree since 2015.
Good has been a standout at both safety and on special teams the past four seasons for the Demon Deacons. He helped play a key role in the Deacs' Oct. 17 home victory over Virginia as a senior. At the end of the first half and the Cavaliers looking to score, Good intercepted a pass, his second of his career. He was one of nine Demon Deacons to pull down an interception this season, Wake Forest had 13 total interceptions in 2020. In 2019, he was one of 10 Deacs to grab a pick, intercepting Clemson quarterback Chase Brice.
Good, a Pinehurst, N.C. native, graduated in December with a bachelor's degree in Economics.
