Davis Lands on DC Touchdown Club College Football Player of the Week Honor Roll

The redshirt junior intercepted his first career pass in Friday night’s 37-17 victory.
WASHINGTON D.C. - Wake Forest football redshirt junior defensive back Coby Davis was named to the DC Touchdown Club Washington Metro College Football Player of the Week Honor Roll.
Davis, a native of Upper Marlboro, Md., intercepted his first career pass with 5:34 remaining in Wake Forest's 37-17 week 4 win over Virginia in Charlottesville. Additionally, the defensive back added a season-high tying four tackles (two solo).
In his career, Davis has appeared in 31 games (eight starts) and has registered 56 tackles (39 solos) and four pass breakups.
