Williams Selected to Play in NABC Reese’s All-Star Game and State Farm College Slam Dunk Contest

NEW ORLEANS, La. - Wake Forest men's basketball guard and ACC Player of the Year Alondes Williams has been selected to compete in the State Farm College Slam Dunk Contest on March 31 and the NABC Reese's All-Star Game on April 1, during the Final Four in New Orleans.
The College Slam Dunk and 3-Point Championship will be broadcast live at 9:00 p.m. ET March 31 on ESPN. The All-Star Game will be broadcast live at 4:30 p.m. ET April 1 on CBS Sports Network.
About the State Farm College Slam Dunk and 3-Point Championships
Each year, 24 of the nation's elite men's and women's college basketball players will compete for slam dunk and 3-point shooting bragging rights. The night features the Great Clips Slam Dunk Championship, the TaxAct Men's 3-Point Championship, the Rocket Mortgage Women's 3-Point Shooting Championship and the Applebee's Team Shootout. The winners of the TaxAct Men's and Rocket Mortgage Women's 3-Point Championships will then compete in the Battle of the Champions.
Since the event's inception, several of the top players in college basketball have competed in the State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships before moving on to the professional ranks, including Gary Payton, Steve Nash, Jason Terry, Kyle Korver, Bobby Hurley, Michael Finley, Allan Houston, Wesley Matthews, Denzel Valentine, Yogi Ferrell, Cappie Pondexter, Katie Gearlds, Kristi Toliver, Odyssey Sims, Tiffany Hayes, Tiffany Mitchell and Ariel Atkins.

Reese's Men's Final Four Friday is loads of fun for the entire family and admission is FREE. Check out each of the Men's Final Four teams in their final open practice before Saturday's national semifinal games. Be sure to stick around for the Reese's NABC College All-Star Game in the afternoon.
This day is full of entertainment, giveaways, action, and activities. Reese's Men's Final Four Friday allows for an amazing experience inside the stadium, with the Men's Final Four teams, and a fun filled atmosphere, just ahead of Saturday's action. It's a once in a lifetime experience for fans!
