Emrey, Kupcho Set for 77th U.S. women’s Open

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Former Wake Forest women's golfers Allison Emrey and Jennifer Kupcho are set to compete at the 77th U.S. women's Open at Pine Needles Golf Club in Southern Pines, N.C. this weekend.
This will be Emrey's first appearance at the U.S. Women's Open and she is the only native North Carolinian in the 156-player field.
This will be Kupcho's sixth appearance at the U.S. Women's Open with the opportunity to make her fifth cut. She is one of 20 past and present Curtis Cup Team USA members and one of five former NCAA Division I National Champions in the field.
Follow the event leaderboard at LPGA.com. Emrey will tee off at 7:15 a.m. ET and Kupcho will go off at 8:39.
