CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Junior defensive lineman Jasheen Davis and senior linebacker Jacob Roberts were named the Atlantic Coast Conference Players of the Week after their standout performances on Saturday in the win at Old Dominion, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

This marks the second-consecutive week that multiple Demon Deacons have been named ACC players of the week after sophomore running back Demond Claiborne and redshirt-sophomore kicker Matthew Dennis garnered honors last week.

This week, Jasheen Davis was named the ACC Defensive Lineman of the Week and on the heels of being named the Walter Camp National Defensive Player of the Week Jacob Roberts earned ACC Linebacker of the Week honors.

Junior defensive end Jasheen Davis totaled five tackles, three sacks and a fumble recovery that he returned for 14 yards and led to a score for the Deacs in Wake Forest's win at ODU.
