Wake Forest Athletics announced on Friday that its home football game against Vanderbilt on Sept. 9 is sold out.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – As the excitement for Demon Deacons football continues to build for 2023, Wake Forest Athletics announced that Allegacy Stadium is sold out for Saturday, Sept. 9 when the Deacs host Vanderbilt.
That will mark the Deacs seventh sellout since the 2021 and Wake Forest will have at least two sellouts in the first month of the season for the second time in as many years.
Wake Forest is 14-2 in its last 16 games against non-ACC opponents over the past five years, which is the highest win percentage (.875) in the conference. With that, Coach Dave Clawson is 3-0 during his tenure at Wake Forest with victories over Texas A&M in 2017 and Vanderbilt / Missouri in 2022.
Additionally, the Deacs current three-game winning streak against SEC teams is the second longest in the country among all non-SEC schools.
Additionally, inventory is extremely low for the Deacs Family Weekend game against Georgia Tech on Sept. 23. For questions or assistance, please contact the Wake Forest Ticket Office at 336-758-3322 ext. 1 or tix@wfu.edu. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If you are interested in standing room only tickets or isolated scattered single tickets for Saturday's SEC-ACC contest against Vanderbilt or for the Georgia Tech contest, call the Wake Forest Ticket Office at 336-758-3322 for more information. Additionally, tickets to all games that are sold out can be purchased through our trusted secondary market partner SeatGeek.
Tomorrow's game will kickoff at 11 a.m. and will be broadcasted on ACC Network.
Wake Forest Athletics continues to roll out unique ticket options, like the Bojangles 4-Pack, which includes a $20 gift card per account! This ticket option comes with four tickets on the east side of Allegacy Stadium and one LJVM Coliseum Lot parking pass.
Based on high demand, 4-packs and Pitt (Oct. 21) is the best value for the 2023 season. At current prices, fans can save a minimum of $66 with a single game 4 ticket pack which includes a parking pass.
Single-Game Ticket Available
Single-game tickets can also be purchased for the four home games that are not already sold out.
