
Know Before You Go: Demon Deacons at Miami on Saturday

MIAMI – Wake Forest fans traveling to Miami for the Demon Deacons road contest should be aware of gameday initiatives and policies in place at and around Hard Rock Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 12 p.m. ET on Saturday, Nov. 23.

STADIUM CLEAR BAG POLICY
Hard Rock Stadium has instituted a safety policy for all patrons that will make the security process more efficient and effective. Hard Rock Stadium is committed to ensuring the guest experience is second to none, and the safety of our guests is essential.
For the safety and security of all, guests are encouraged to not bring any type of bags, but fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:

For bags that exceed the permissible size or otherwise compliant with this policy, guests have the option of returning the item to their vehicle or checking it at a Guest Experience Bag Check Location available near Entry gates 3, 5, 8, and 14. The fee for checking a bag will be payable by credit card only and will range from $12 to $20 depending upon bag size. There will be no exceptions. Bag check will close sixty (60) minutes after gates close. Guests are encouraged to retrieve their checked items immediately after exiting the campus. Hard Rock Stadium shall not be responsible for items not retrieved within the prescribed time period each day.
CASH CONVERSION
Cash is no longer accepted as a form of payment at Hard Rock Stadium. This includes parking gates, box office, concessions, and retail locations. Cash can be converted into pre-paid gift cards at the Guest Experience Headquarters near Section 115, 143, 215, 243, 315, and 343.
FAN TEXTING
Fans are encouraged to report unruly fan behavior by contacting the nearest Hard Rock Stadium personnel or by texting Command Post to advise of any issues in the parking lots, Hard Rock Stadium concourses, and seating areas that they may witness or experience. Text (305) 623-6400 with a message that includes a description of the issue and the location (subject to fees and rates in the terms & conditions of your cell phone service provider).
FIRST AID
There are three (3) First Aid locations at Hard Rock Stadium in Sections 104, 218 and 346. You can also text (305) 623-6400 with a description of your issue and your location (standard text messaging fees may apply). If you feel ill at any point before leaving or on your way to the stadium, we ask that you please be a good teammate and stay home.
GUEST EXPERIENCE
Guests with questions or concerns should visit any Guest Experience Headquarters located at Sections 115, 143, 215, 243, 315 and 343.
