The Demon Deacons’ 20 honorees marked the most of any team in the ACC.
CHARLOTTE – Following a solid 2023 campaign, 19 members of the Wake Forest women's soccer team were tabbed to the All-ACC Academic Team, as announced by the league office Thursday afternoon.
The Demon Deacons' 20 honorees set a program record and marked the most of any team in the ACC this season.
Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0-grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team's contests to be considered for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team.
Of note, Thursday marked the second-consecutive nod for seniors Liv Stowell and Kristi Vierra.
