  • Women's Golf: 
    • The No. 3 ranked Demon Deacons begin postseason play Thursday, April 18, at the ACC Championships at Porters Neck Country Club in Wilmington, N.C. 
      • There will be three days of stroke play Thursday-Saturday, then the top four teams will advance to the semifinals of match play on Sunday morning. The team champion will be named Sunday afternoon at the conclusion of the final match play match. 
    • Wake Forest is proud to be one of six regional host sites for the NCAA Women's Golf Championships May 6-8 at Bermuda Run Country Club in Winston-Salem
    • The 2024 NCAA Women's Golf Championship will be in Carlsbad, Calif., May 17-22 at the Champions Course of the Omni La Costa Resort. 
  • Women's Tennis: 
    • After earning a first-round bye and the No. 9 seed, the Demon Deacons will open postseason play against Big Four rival and No. 8 seed Duke on Thursday, April 18 at 3:30 p.m. All matches throughout the tournament will take place at Cary Tennis Park in Cary, N.C. and will run from Wednesday, April 17 to Sunday, April 21.
      • The winner of the match between the Demon Deacons and the Blue Devils will go on to face No. 1 seed North Carolina on Friday at 3:30 p.m.
      • Single day tickets are priced at $10 for adults (ages 18 and older) and $7 for youth ages 17 and under. Admission is free for children 9 and under. ACC college students get in free with a school ID. A full championship pass for all five days is priced at $25. All seating for the tournament is General Admission. Tickets may be purchased online here.
  • Track & Field/Cross Country:
    • At the Beach Invitational hosted by Long Beach State, Robbie Grace set a new program record in the women's long jump
      • Grace finished in second place with a program-record 6.38m jump. Prior to the 6.38m jump, Grace had a 6.35m jump that also would have set a new program-high. The graduate student now holds the program record in the indoor and outdoor long jump for Wake Forest.
    • At the Duke Invitational, three Deacs finished on the podium in the women's events.
      • Women's Hammer - 3rd - Megan Cook - 58.41, season-best
      • Women's Shot Put - 2nd - Ashlyn Giles - 15.47, season-best
      • Women's Discus - 1st - Leia Braunagel - 53.28m
    • On April 19th, the Demon Deacons will return to Kentner Stadium for the second annual Wake Forest Invitational. The event boasts 30 top collegiate programs from across the country and will be one of the fastest meets on the east coast this spring.   • Volleyball: 
    • Through the last few months, Demon Deacon volleyball has added a pair of newcomers, as graduate transfers Tina Grkovic and Sahara Maruska are joining the program.
    • Playing as a middle blocker, Grkovic comes from Rutgers University, having spent the last four years with the Scarlet Knights. She was awarded the 2023 Big Ten Sportsmanship award and landed three Academic All-Big Ten nods.
    • Maruska previously spent the last four years at Rice University and has primarily played as an outside hitter throughout her collegiate career.The Houston native finished fourth or higher on the team in kills each year and helped lead the Owls to three consecutive NCAA tournament appearances (2020-22), along with a Conference USA tournament championship in 2022.
