This marks the first monthly conference recognition for the sophomore.

CHARLOTTE - Chloe Kovelesky of Wake Forest women's golf has been named ACC Women's Golfer of the Month, as announced by the conference on Friday.

The sophomore has already had an incredible start to her second season with the Demon Deacons, earning her second individual title at the ANNIKA Intercollegiate and securing a runner-up finish at the Jackson T. Stephens Cup.

Kovelesky matched a career-low round score of 67 at both events, and fired a 207 (-9) at the ANNIKA, helping the Deacs win their first team title of the 2025-26 season and earning a share of the individual medalist honors.

Following her outstanding performance at the ANNIKA, the 2025 All-ACC selection continued her successful streak at the Jackson T. Stephens Cup the ensuing weekend. The Boca Raton, Fla.- native carded a career-low 54-hole total of 206 to tie for runner-up out and aid the Deacs to back-to-back team titles.

Through September, Kovelesky totaled a 68.83 scoring average, the lowest of the Wake Forest squad.

In her first season as a Demon Deacon, the 2025 WGCA All-American Honorable Mention logged three top-10 finishes, two top-five, and one individual win during her first collegiate competition. Kovelesky completed her rookie campaign with a 72.26 scoring average, second on the team.

Wake Forest will look to keep its momentum going on Oct. 17 at the Ruth's Chris Intercollegiate at Finley G.C. in Chapel Hill, N.C.
