WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Following Wake Forest's win on Saturday over No. 12 Virginia, the Demon Deacons have now clinched a postseason berth in a bowl game for the eighth time in the last 10 seasons.

Additionally, when Wake Forest kicks it off on gameday during bowl season, the Demon Deacons will be tied for the second most appearances in the ACC in a postseason game since 2016.

Deacon Nation can click here for more bowl information. Additional ticket and fan event and travel information will be shared on Sunday, December 7 when Wake Forest's bowl destination is selected.

Wake Forest Bowl merchandise will be made available on WakeForestShop.com as it becomes available and fans can shop there for all the latest Demon Deacons gear too!

In his first season in Winston-Salem, head coach Jake Dickert has already made history—becoming the first coach in Wake Forest history to lead the program to a bowl berth in his inaugural season. Embracing the Built in the Dark ethos, his team overcame narrow setbacks in September and responded with a dominant October, highlighted by a win at Virginia Tech for the first time since 1983, a road victory at Oregon State in the programs' first-ever meeting, and a dramatic Homecoming triumph over SMU. That 13-12 win over the Mustangs ended SMU's 20-game regular-season conference winning streak and marked their first ACC loss since joining the league in 2024. The Demon Deacons also defeated No. 12 Virginia, marking the highest AP poll road ranked win since defeating No. 12 Georgia on Sept. 12, 1979. Additionally, the Deacs are now 9-2 in their last 11 games against teams from Virginia. This also marks the first time since 1964 that the Deacs have defeated both Virginia and Virginia Tech on the road in the same season.

Additionally, two opportunities remain for Deacon Nation to come together and watch this exciting and fun team play inside Allegacy Stadium. First, Wake Forest's biggest home game of the season is just around the corner as the Deacs host North Carolina on Saturday, Nov. 15, in what marks just the Tar Heels' seventh trip to Winston-Salem this century. Amidst an incredible season that's featured clutch wins, a perfect October, and a three-game winning streak, the Demon Deacons need the full force of our home crowd behind them. This is a Big Four rivalry matchup and the entire community will want to witness this exciting contest. The game will also be the Military Appreciation game, honoring all current military and veterans.

With that, just one week later, the entire community can join us again for Seniors & Graduates Day on Nov. 22, as Wake Forest takes on Delaware and honors a remarkable group of veteran players who have led Wake Forest football back to its winning ways. These student-athletes embraced Coach Jake Dickert and his staff, set the tone for a new era, and embodied what it means to wear the Old Gold and Black. Come celebrate their leadership, resilience, and legacy in our final home game of the season—and send our seniors out the right way, in front of a packed and proud DEACTOWN crowd. Additionally, November 22 will be the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools Educator Celebration Game. Partnering with leading community-minded contributors Allegacy Federal Credit Union, Proof of the Pudding, and Inmar Intelligence, Wake Forest will provide 3,000 sponsored packages - including a game ticket, a complimentary stadium meal, parking, and a celebratory t-shirt - for WSFCS teachers, staff, and their families, giving these dedicated educators  a well-deserved day of celebration together inside Allegacy Stadium.

Fans still interested in purchasing tickets against North Carolina (Nov. 15) and Delaware (Nov. 22) can do so by clicking HERE. For questions or assistance, please contact the Wake Forest Ticket Office at 336-758-3322 ext 1 or tix@wfu.edu. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Finally, the Deacs will be a popular pick among bowl representatives on Dec. 7 as an audience of 3.54 million watched the Deacs beat the SEC's Missouri Tigers in the Gasparilla Bowl on Dec. 23, 2022 and with 11 sellout crowds and more than 80 percent capacity for all home games inside Allegacy Stadium, the excitement around Demon Deacon football will continue into the postseason once again.
