- Wake Forest Athletics proudly celebrates Women's History Month! Throughout the month of March, we will highlight the accomplishments of Demon Deacon student-athletes and staff.

- Wake Forest Athletics proudly celebrates Women's History Month! Throughout the month of March, we will highlight the accomplishments of Demon Deacon student-athletes and staff.
- Women's Tennis:
- The Demon Deacons opened their home ACC slate this past weekend, splitting their matches against No. 2 Virginia and No. 37 Virginia Tech.
- Junior Nevena Carton had an incredible weekend as she claimed two top-30 victories to lead the Deacs.
- The Locust, N.J., native opened the weekend by grabbing the lone point against the Cavaliers on Friday as she earned her first career top-25 victory against No. 22 Sara Ziodato (6-4, 6-4).
- The junior added another victory over No. 26 Ozlem Uslu (6-3, 6-2) in Wake Forest's 4-3 win over the Hokies on Sunday.
- Junior Nevena Carton had an incredible weekend as she claimed two top-30 victories to lead the Deacs.
- The Deacs are on an 11-day break from competition before they return to ACC action with two Big Four clashes on the road against North Carolina and Duke.
- The Demon Deacons opened their home ACC slate this past weekend, splitting their matches against No. 2 Virginia and No. 37 Virginia Tech.
- Women's Golf:
- After three days of difficult tournament play at Long Cove Club, the No. 9 Wake Forest women's golf team finished fourth overall amongst a nationally ranked field.
- Paving the way for Wake Forest with a total score of 216 throughout the week was sophomore Macy Pate, who climbed six spots on day three to secure her second top-10 finish of the season.
- With three birdies to start the day, Pate notched two more on the back nine holes to lead the team in total birdies during the last round.
- In her second outing as a Deacon, freshman Chloe Kovelesky carded an even score on the final day of the event, securing a top 15 finish.
- Senior Carolina Chacarra and junior Anne-Sterre den Dunnen both ended their three-day outing T21, securing two top 25 finishes for Wake Forest. Graduate Sky Sload shot one over par during round two for the Deacs and completed the week T56.
