- Track & Field:
- After an incredible regular season, the Wake Forest track and field program will begin their postseason journey this upcoming weekend as they are set to host the 2025 ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Kentner Stadium.
- Overall, the Demon Deacons will have 24 athletes competing across three days of competition spanning from May 15-17.
- The ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships will be streamed live on ACC Network Extra, while live results will be posted throughout each day of the competition and can be found on GoDeacs.com.
- Women's Golf:
- Through cloudy skies and rainy conditions, the No. 2 seeded Wake Forest women's golf team punched its ticket to the national championship with a first-place victory at the NCAA Lubbock Regional in Lubbock, Texas.
- The Deacons held the top spot through all three rounds of play, and finished four strokes ahead of No. 1 seed Texas. This marks the 10th straight NCAA Championship appearance for the Demon Deacons which included capturing the program's first national championship in 2023. Senior Carolina Chacarra earned her fourth individual title, with a career-best finish in NCAA Regional play. Chacarra stayed under par throughout the entire tournament to maintain her lead and secure her second win of the season with two rounds of 3-under-par.
- With qualifying in the books, Wake Forest turns their focus to NCAA Championships. Competition begins May 16, at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif.
- Field Hockey:
- Wake Forest field hockey and head coach Jennifer Averill have announced their 2025 fall schedule, playing 10 contests at Kentner Stadium, as part of an 18-match regular season.
- The season will officially begin with the ACC/Big Ten Challenge in Iowa City, Iowa, where Wake will face Iowa and Michigan on Friday, August 29 and Sunday, August 31. The Deacs stay on the road to open September, taking on Davidson on the 5th, before opening the 2025 home slate against Longwood on September 7.
- The Demon Deacons will play five-straight matches at home in Kentner Stadium, hosting Miami (OH) on October 5, Queens on October 10, Delaware on October 12, Stanford on October 17 and close the homestand against California on October 19.
