From Coach da Luz
"Finishing our first weekend with six points against two strong SEC opponents is an impressive start for our new team. South Carolina was tough defensively on a hot day but we controlled long stretches of the game. Two shutouts, five goals and we're only going to improve. Valentina made a huge save early and our back line was rock solid. I'm super happy for our goal scorers, Lola, Riley and Henley, more to come from those guys." - Coach da Luz
