Wake Forest Men’s Golf Announces 2026-27 Schedule

The 2026-27 schedule includes four fall contests, and nine spring events.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.- The Wake Forest men's golf team has released their 2026-27 schedule, including 13 events across the fall and spring seasons.
The newly revealed schedule includes tournaments where the Demon Deacons have experienced past success, but also includes new tournaments to provide opportunities for growth and new achievements.
Fall Season
Wake Forest will tee up their fall schedule in the Midwest, starting off the season at the Inverness Intercollegiate in Toledo, Ohio on Sept. 13th.
The Deacs will look to reclaim their title at the Chicago Highlands Invitational. In their last outing at the Highlands Invitational, the Deacs claimed both the team and individual titles. The Highlands Invitational is set to begin on Sept. 21st in Chicago.
Heading next to the Maidstone Club in East Hampton, N.Y., the Deacs look to take the victory at the Hamptons Intercollegiate after finishing in second last season. The eighth-annual Hamptons Intercollegiate is set to start on Oct. 5th.
Wake will finish out the fall season on Oct. 17 at the Fallen Oak Invitational at the Fallen Oak Golf Club in Saucier, Miss.
Spring Season
The Deacs will begin the spring portion of the season in the tropical settings of Puerto Rico. Their first tournament of the 2026 calendar year will start at the Dorado Beach Collegiate on Feb. 7th.
Wake Forest will then make their way back to the Carolinas on Feb. 15th to face off in the Battle at Briar's Creek in Johns Island, S.C.
Starting out the month of March, the Deacs will head to the West Coast at the Lake Merced Golf Club in Daly, Calif. The Desimone Invitational will take place on March 8th.
Heading back to South Carolina, the Deacs will compete at the Michael A. Marino Classic at the Dunes Golf and Beach Club in Myrtle Beach, starting on March 14th.
The Deacs will make their way to Palm City, Fla. and return to the Valspar Collegiate Invitational. They will tee off on March 22 at the Floridian National Golf Club.
To finish off the regular season, the Demon Deacons return to the Invitational at the Ford in Richmond Hill, Ga. for one final opportunity to prepare for competitive postseason competition.
The Postseason
The ACC Championship will begin its tournament at a new location this season in Dallas, Texas. The Maridoe Golf Club will host the tournament that begins on April 22nd and the final championship match will be on April 26th.
The six host sites for this year's NCAA Regional will be Bloomington, Ind., Loudon, Tenn., Lubbock, Texas, Marana, Ariz., Murrells Inlet, S.C., and Stillwater, Okla. NCAA Regional play will run from May 18th-20th.
The NCAA Championships will be back again at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif. from May 29th- June 3rd.
About Wake Forest Men's Golf
The Deacs finished the NCAA Regional with a final score of 840 (-12) landing them an eighth place finish among 14 teams in the Regional.
The Demon Deacons started off the 2025-26 season winning back-to-back events at the Bryan National Collegiate in Greensboro and the Highlands Invitational in Chicago. The Deacs grabbed their third win of the season at the Palmas del Mar Collegiate in Puerto Rico.
Over the 2025-26 season, the Deacs picked up six top-5 finishes over ten regular season events.
