Outdoor: Set a new PR in the 10,000m with a time of 29:35.89 at the Virginia Challenge…Finished 22nd in the 10,000m at the ACC Championships.

Cross Country: Improved as the season went along and became a key contributor ... Finished fifth on the team and 18th overall in the season-opening 8k (9/25), crossing in 24:56.1 ... Jumped up to third on the team and sixth overall with a time of 24:54.38 in Wake Forest's tri-meet win over North Carolina and NC State (10/16) ... Earned an All-ACC finish at the ACC Championship, finishing third on the team and 19th overall in 23:38.9.

Had a solid freshman season, winning twice … Took first at the Mondo College Invite (2/2) with a toss of 15.15m (49-8.5) … Also won the JDL Early Bird Invitational (12/8) . . .
