Compliance
| As a member of the ACC and NCAA, Wake Forest University is committed and obligated to the principle of institutional control, and will conduct all aspects of its intercollegiate athletics program in full accordance with all University, ACC and NCAA rules. The Wake Forest University Athletics Compliance Office is the entity within the Athletics Department responsible for maintaining institutional compliance with these regulations. The investigation and reporting of all rules violations is also coordinated through this office. In addition to these tasks, the Athletics Compliance Office provides educational programming and interpretive support to ensure that all individuals involved with the athletics program fully understand the University's compliance expectations. All facets of the Athletics Compliance Office are overseen and directed by the Sr. Associate Athletics Director for Compliance & Administration, Daren Koudele.
