A Busy Weekend For Demon Deacon Athletics April 1, 2004 Come out and support the Demon Deacons at a variety of sporting events this weekend... * The football team holds its final spring scrimmage on Saturday, April 3rd at Groves Stadium. The practice session begins at 11:00 a.m. with an offense vs. defense scrimmage beginning at 12 noon. For more info, click on the link below: * The women's golf team, along with UNCG, is hosting the seventh annual Bryan National Collegiate this weekend at Bryan Park (Browns Summit). This event features some of the top women's collegiate teams in the country as 12 of 18 participating schools are ranked in the top 25 and six are among the top 10. The event is free and open to spectators.
