Dianne Dailey is best known as the person responsible for building the Wake Forest women?s golf program into one of the nation?s best. Dailey, who is in her 17th year at WFU, has also been an important part of the athletic department?s administration since 1988. The Deacon golf team has made 12 NCAA Regional appearances in 12 years and, under Dailey, has produced 12 All-Americans. In addition to her coaching duties, Dailey served as senior woman administrator at Wake Forest for nine years before stepping out of that role in September of 1999.
