2012 Santa's Helpers
Athletics staff and student athletes took part in the Santa's Helper program, providing gifts for children in need
Griffin, a Nashville, Tenn. native, graduated from Wake Forest University in 1969 with a degree in Psychology. She began working within the university starting in 1971 and served as Varsity Club Director in the WFU athletic department from 1985-2001.
In her current role, Griffin advises the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), coordinates volunteer activities and the Athletes Care Team (ACT) and provides opportunities for personal and professional growth for WFU student-athletes.
Griffin currently resides in Winston-Salem with her husband, Cook ('65). The couple has one son, Ryan, who graduated from Wake Forest in 2000.
