Beginning his 26th year at Wake Forest is Wayne Williams, an important figure in the Demon Deacon football program in his role as assistant to the athletic director for facilities.

Williams and his staff do an excellent job maintaining all athletic buildings and grounds, including Groves Stadium and the football practice fields.
