There are two sessions of summer school, each of which is five and one-half weeks. Classes meet every day and occasionally on Saturday. Listings of course offerings are available from the Office of the Dean of the Summer Session, on the summer school website and on WIN; Virtual Campus; Register for Classes using Class Search.

Summer School Elsewhere

Students with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.00 may be eligible to receive transfer credit from another four-year, accredited college or university. Eligibility is determined when students must obtain and complete the Summer School Elsewhere form available in the Office of the Registrar and on WIN; Info Central; Forms & Documents; Registrar.
Student-athletes interested in attending summer school prior to their initial year of eligibility should contact their recruiting coach.
- NCAA requires student-athletes attending summer school prior to their initial year of eligibility, to take 6 hours worth of class.
Upperclassmen interested in attending summer school should contact their academic counselor at the beginning of February for an application.
- Remember, scholarship aid for summer school is not guaranteed.
- You should not apply for summer school aid if you plan to miss any classes due to athletic related events or otherwise.
