Member Policies
Members may book courts up to 48 hours in advance by calling the front desk at (336) 758-5634.
There is a guest fee of $15 per visit, and guests are allowed a maximum of 2 visits per month.
24-hour notice is required for court cancellations. Members may cancel with less than 24-hours notice one time per month without penalty.
Whether you pay-in-full, or pay monthly, all memberships are a 12-month commitment from the date of enrollment.
We do not accept court reservations left on voicemail, or sent by email.
Members may only reserve one court per day. There is an exception for day-of court reservations and multiple family member reservations.
Members are allowed to make court reservations, their guests may not.
The member that makes the court reservation must be present on the court during play.
During our Peak Season the ball machine may not be reserved for the 9am, 6pm or 6:30pm court reservation time slots. There is an exception for day-of ball machine reservations.
Peak Season (Oct.-April) / Off-Peak Season (May-Sept.)
Indoor court reservations cannot be moved to an outdoor court; however, an outdoor court reservation can be moved inside, if an indoor court is available.
