Parking & Traffic
Important Parking Updates

Due to on-going construction for The Grounds, Piccolo Lane is currently closed to vehicular traffic. Fans who are looking to park in the Gold Lot at Allegacy stadium must enter from Reynolds and/or 32nd Street off Shorefair Drive.

Day of Game Parking

Parking will be available to purchase on gameday for $25 in the the Diet Pepsi and Starry lots at LJVM Coliseum on a first-come, first-serve basis. Overflow parking will also be available in the Gold Lot at Allegacy Stadium for $25. Both cash and card will be accepted.

Parking Lot Open Times

Parking lots will open at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday, March 8 for Wake Forest's matchup against Georgia Tech.

Student Shuttles

Student shuttles will begin running at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday, March 8 for Wake Forest’s matchup against Georgia Tech. Shuttle pick up is located outside of Manchester Athletic Center.

ADA Parking

Designated handicapped parking spaces are available in all pre-purchased lots at the LJVM Coliseum. Patrons will need to display their Wake Forest parking pass and a handicapped placard to gain access. Gameday parking purchasers can find additional ADA overflow parking in the Starry lot for the designated gameday parking price. Please let a parking attendant know that you need accessible parking and they can direct you to the proper location.

Rideshare Information

The rideshare drop off location pregame is located in the sidewalk cut out the Allegacy lot. The rideshare pick up location for postgame is located at the main entrance to the LJVM Coliseum off University Parkway (between the Allegacy and Pepsi lots).

 
Guest Services
Gate Information

Ticketed fans in the seating bowl may enter through East and West Lobby Entrances. Doors open 60 minutes prior to tipoff. Moricle Society and Allegacy Club spaces are open 90 minutes prior to tipoff.

The following are suggested entrances to easily access sections and to keep lines and delays to a minimum:

  • East Lobby Entrance (Sections 113-124; 221-240)
  • West Lobby Entrance (Sections 101-113; 201-221)

The entrance on the East side of the building, known as the East Auxiliary Entrance, is open for ACC scheduled games only.

Will Call

General public will call opens two (2) hours prior to tipoff at the box office at the LJVM Coliseum. Player guest tickets can be picked up in the West Lobby beginning one (1) hour prior to tipoff.

Guest Information Booths

Guest Information Booths are located inside LJVM on the concourse at Sections 101 and 113. Guest Information Booths are open 60 minutes prior to tipoff and remain staffed and open 30 minutes after the game.

Closed Captioning

Wake Forest Athletics strives to provide content at games, social media and on GoDeacs.com that is accessible to all people. In the continued effort to improve accessibility of the technology and digital content at the LJVM, fans can access closed captions here for the public address announcer and in-venue content.

Lost Items

Lost and found items are turned in to staff at Guest Information Booths. Lost and found items can be turned in at any point during the game. At the conclusion of the game, unclaimed items will be turned in to venue management. To claim lost and found items, please visit the LJVM website for Lost and Found claims here.

First Aid

First aid assistance is available at LJVM. The first aid medical room is located on arena-level at the bottom of Section 106.

ATM Locations

There is an ATM located on the concourse at Section 120.

Cashless Concessions

All concession stands at the LJVM Coliseum are cashless.

Deacon Shop

The Deacon Shop is located in the main lobby of the LJVM Coliseum on gameday.

Mobile Chargers

LJVM Coliseum now has three chargeFUZE portable phone charging kiosks that allow guests to rent a portable mobile power bank that can be used anywhere and returned to any location on site. You can find them on the concourse across from sections 101 and 113, and in the Allegacy Club corridor. ChargeFUZE power-banks are built in to include charging cables for iOS, Android, and other devices. To rent one, download the chargeFUZE app, ask a member of guest services, or simply scan the QR code on any chargeFUZE station.

Game Programs

Game programs for the 2024-25 Men’s Basketball season are all digital and can be found each week at godeacs.com/basketballprogram.

Audio & Visual Sensitivity

Please be advised that Wake Forest men’s basketball game productions may involve flashing light sequences and high volume music. This may cause discomfort for some attendees.

Clear Bag Policy
  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
  • One gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand or 6.5” x 4.5” with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options
  • An exception will be made for medically necessary items and diaper bags after proper inspection at the gate

Outside Food & Beverage

Outside food and beverage is prohibited in LJVM Coliseum.

Tailgating Policy

Management permits tailgating in the Coliseum parking lots in a responsible manner. No one under 21 may purchase or possess alcoholic beverages, and alcoholic beverages may not be brought into LJVM Coliseum facilities. Tailgating is limited to the area directly in front of or behind your vehicle. Empty spaces may NOT be used for the purpose of tailgating, unless patrons have paid for any additional spaces used. Only one stall per vehicle is allowed. Propane/gas grills should be used when tailgating. However, we ask that propane tanks be limited to the 5-10 gallon size. Charcoal grills are discouraged due to the waste they produce. The following items and activities are prohibited while tailgating at the LJVM Coliseum:

  • Gas powered generators
  • Glass containers or bottles
  • External stereo systems requiring an external power source
  • The re-sale or distribution of commercial items
  • The sale or re-sale of event tickets
  • Open flame unless in the approved tailgate area
  • The consumption of alcoholic beverages by anyone under the age of 21 years
  • Liquor or fortified wine
  • Illegal drugs or gasses
  • Ambush marketing

Metal Detectors

In an effort to maintain the safest possible environment for fans, metal detectors are in place at all gates at LJVM Coliseum. All guests are subject to security screenings before entering the venue. These screens may include, but are not limited to, metal detection, visual inspection, and bag checks. Guests with prohibited items will be permitted to return these items to their vehicles. Items left at any entrance and/or exit of LJVM Coliseum will be discarded by facility personnel.

Gameday Policies & Procedures

Wake Forest requests that all fans in attendance at the game adhere to all Athletics events rules and protocols. This includes all postgame procedures that allow for the competing student-athletes, coaches, and officials to exit the court safely.

Floor Seat Code of Conduct

Due to the special visibility of floor (courtside and baseline) seating, floor seat patrons are asked to abide by a code of conduct. This includes students who are sitting courtside in the student section. You can see the full Floor Seat Code of Conduct here.

Policy on Demonstrations

Wake Forest Athletics does not permit demonstrations or political campaign events during the six-hour period before, during, or within two hours after Wake Forest Athletics’s events at the following locations: Allegacy Federal Credit Union Stadium, Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum, David F. Couch Ballpark, or the Indoor Tennis Center (collectively, “Wake Forest Athletics Facilities”).

Persons who wish to engage in these activities outside of Wake Forest Athletics’s events must contact Wake Forest’s facility general manager, Brandon Berry of ASM Global (bberry@asmwakeforest.com; 336-758-5660), to make rental arrangements.

Wake Forest Athletics does not permit chalking or posting by other persons at Wake Forest Athletics Facilities.

No signs or flags are permitted within the gates of Wake Forest Athletics Facilities before, during, or after Wake Forest Athletics’s events, with the sole exception of registered Wake Forest student organizations with a Student Tailgate reserved tent at football games. This exception allows student organizations to identify their tailgate. If a flag or sign is for purposes other than identification of the organization’s tailgate (it must use the organization’s name, logo and/or identifying letters, such as fraternity or sorority letters), the flag or sign will be removed from the Student Tailgate and excluded from the football stadium.

Ticket Terms & Conditions

ALL TICKET AND CRICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY if admission is refused or revoked, stadium/coliseum/ballpark capacity limitations result in ticket/cricket cancellation, or the Event is canceled and not rescheduled for any reason, is a refund of up to the face value of the ticket/cricket set by Management ("Face Value"). Management's liability for any breach of the Terms shall not exceed the Face Value. IN NO EVENT SHALL MANAGEMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AMOUNT PAID IN EXCESS OF FACE VALUE FOR THE TICKET/CRICKET. IF HOLDER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, HOLDER MUST LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE STADIUM/COLISEUM/BALLPARK.

The Event date and time (and gate opening) are subject to change at Management's sole discretion, and no such change shall entitle Holder to a refund or other remedy if Holder cannot attend or for any other reason. Holder may be relocated in Management's sole discretion, and no such relocation shall entitle Holder to a refund or other remedy if Holder is relocated to a seat of comparable Face Value.

Holder must comply with all Event policies including without limitation policies addressing security and fan conduct, health and safety, and bags. Event policies may be found here: www.godeacs.com/gameday . Holder and Holder's belongings may be searched or assessed. Prohibited items may be confiscated and Holder's admission may be denied or revoked at Management's sole discretion. Holder consents to such searches and assessments and waives all related claims. If Holder does not consent, Holder acknowledges Management has the right to deny or revoke Holder's admission without refund. Management reserves the right to deny or revoke the admission of any person who it determines, in its sole discretion, poses a risk to the health or safety of other attendees or whose conduct violates these Terms, any Event policies, or is otherwise disorderly (or complicit therein) without refund.

Holder agrees not to create, transmit, display, distribute, exploit, misappropriate or sell (or aid in such activity) (1) in any form, any description or account (whether text, data or visual, and including, without limitation, play-by-play data) of the Event or related events (collectively, "Descriptive Data") for any commercial or non-personal, purpose; (2) any images, videos, audio or other form of display or public performance or reproduction of any portion of the Event or related events ("Works") for any commercial or non-personal purpose; or (3) livestreams of any portion of the Event or related events ("Livestreams"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Holder agrees that by causing their ticket or cricket to be scanned upon entry to the Event, Holder shall be deemed to have signed the ticket or cricket and granted Wake Forest and the Atlantic Coast Conference (“ACC”) an exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to all rights associated with any Works, Livestreams, and Descriptive Data. Holder grants irrevocable permission to Wake Forest and the ACC, and their respective sponsors, licensees, advertisers, broadcasters, designees, partners and agents to use, publish, distribute and/or modify Holder's image, likeness, voice, actions and statements in any medium including, without limitation, audio, video, or images of the Event for any purpose without further authorization or compensation, and waives all claims and potential claims relating to such use unless prohibited by law.

HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS incident to the Event and related events, including the risk of personal injury (including death), exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses, or the causes thereof, or lost, stolen or damaged property, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, even if caused by Management’s negligence, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims relating to such risks, hazards and dangers.

Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, duplicated or counterfeit tickets or crickets and may refuse to honor them, and Holder assumes all risks associated with the purchase of this ticket or cricket from anyone other than Wake Forest or its designated agents. Tickets and crickets may not be used for, or in connection with, any form of commercial purposes including, without limitation, advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling, or gaming, without the express written consent of Wake Forest and Wake Forest Sports Properties. Use of tickets or crickets in violation of law is strictly prohibited and will result in seizure, revocation, and/or forfeiture of the license without refund.

RELEASE, WAIVER & COVENANT NOT TO SUE. On behalf of Holder and Holder's Related Persons, Holder releases and covenants not to sue each of the Released Parties with respect to any and all claims that Holder or any of Holder's Related Persons may have or hereafter accrue, against any of the Released Parties, that relate to any of the risks, hazards and dangers described above, including without limitation any and all claims that arise out of or relate in any way to Holder's (i) exposure to COVID-19; (ii) entry into, or presence within or around, the Event (including all risks related thereto, including without limitation in parking areas or entry gates) or compliance with any protocols applicable to the Event; or (iii) interaction with any personnel of any of the Released Parties at the Event, in each case whether caused by any action, inaction or negligence of any Released Party or otherwise.

As used herein:

  • "Related Persons" means Holder's heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, next of kin, anyone attending the Event with Holder (which persons Holder represents have authorized Holder to act on their behalf for purposes of the release herein), and other persons acting or purporting to act on Holder's or their behalf.
  • "Released Parties" means: (i) Wake Forest University and its direct and indirect affiliates, administrators, designees, licensees, agents, trustees, officers, employees, contractors (and their employees) and other personnel; (ii) the Atlantic Coast Conference; and (iii) all third parties performing services at the stadium/coliseum/ballpark; and (iv) any parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and related companies and officers, directors, owners, members, managers, partners, employers, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, insurers, representatives, successors and/or assigns of each of the foregoing entities and persons, whether past, present or future and whether in their institutional or personal capacities.
